  • 20% recurring for up to 12 months per referred subscriber

  • Commissions cease if the subscriber cancels or is refunded
  • 30-day hold after payment confirmation before commission becomes payable
  • 90-day attribution cookie - last-click attribution
  • No self-referrals - your own subscription does not qualify

Not required, but it helps. We prefer affiliates who've actually used TomeOS because authentic promotion performs better for everyone. Existing subscribers are auto-approved. Non-subscribers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis - if you have a relevant publishing audience, we're happy to talk.
We're setting up our affiliate tracking platform (Rewardful) shortly. For now, applications are handled by email. Once approved, we'll assign your unique link manually and track conversions on our end. When the platform is live, you'll be migrated automatically with no gap in tracking.
Your commission window on that subscriber closes after 12 months. You keep earning on new referrals - each new subscription you send starts a fresh 12-month window. Top affiliates who drive consistent volume can unlock Partner (18 months) and VIP (24 months) extended windows.
If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days, the conversion is credited to you - even if they don't subscribe immediately. This is a generous window designed to give your audience time to research and decide.
No. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in reversal of any commissions attributed to your own account. This is standard practice across affiliate programs.
You may not bid on "TomeOS" or "Officina Systems" branded search terms. Non-branded paid traffic is generally allowed - reach out to discuss if you're planning a campaign.
Yes - always. FTC guidelines require disclosure any time you promote a product and earn a commission. We include this in our content kit and require it in our program terms. Affiliates who promote without disclosure may have their accounts suspended.
